BEFORE YOU BOOK

Common
questions

Still have a question? You are welcome to contact us before making an appointment.

  • Most patients experience mild sensitivity. We work slowly and check in with you throughout. If you need a break at any point, just say so.

  • Just clean feet and open-toed shoes or sandals if possible. No need to cut the nail beforehand — we will assess it as it is.

  • Most people leave and continue their day as normal. We will advise you if there is anything specific to watch for or avoid.

  • Ingrown toenails can recur depending on nail shape, footwear, and cutting habits. We give guidance on reducing the likelihood. For recurring cases, we may suggest a correction system.

  • Yes. We are experienced with diabetic foot care and take additional care when needed. Please mention it when booking so we can prepare appropriately.
